Helpers Now delivers scheduled and one-off residential cleaning with defined standards, documented checklists, and trained personnel. Teams are vetted and insured. All equipment and supplies are provided, including eco-friendly agents, colour-coded microfibre, and HEPA filtration to reduce dust and allergens.
Service types include regular housekeeping, targeted deep cleaning, kitchen and bathroom detail, and move in or move out cleans. Before the first visit we agree scope by room, frequency, access, and any material sensitivities. On site, supervisors allocate tasks, monitor timings, and complete a post-clean quality check against the agreed checklist.
Methods focus on surface protection and hygiene. High-touch points are sanitised, limescale and soap residue are removed in wet areas, and degreasing is applied where needed in kitchens. Optional add-ons include inside oven, inside fridge, internal window panes, skirting detail, and internal cabinet fronts. Specialist or high-risk items are handled only with prior approval and care notes.
Operational safeguards include key and alarm handling on request, documented incident reporting, and a clear route for feedback and corrective action. Pricing is transparent. Appointment windows are reliable. Where possible, the same team attends each visit.
